NSS Stud Sensors Detection Technology

Coremo Automation supply the very latest stud thread detector able to sense missing or unthreaded studs.

This strong, sensitive sensor is a significant advancement within the sensor industry providing a wide range of applications. No other sensor on the market has stainless-steel construction that provides the durability the stamping and assembly industry demands.

PGS10 Cold Metal Grippers

Compact gripper for transfer finger press applications. The PGS10 gripper is the best in class with grip forces up to 450lbs at 80 psi.

The extensive range makes it unrivalled on the market satisfying all customers applications especially where there is low or tight clearances in the transfer press. Coupled with our specially designed in jaw pad or double blank sensors they offer a near maintenance free solution to all gripper requirements.

PGS10 Hot Metal Grippers

As the industry shifts rapidly toward hot metal forming we have developed our PGS Hot Metal Gripper range which is the best in the industry.

Specially designed gripper and gripper components to withstand temperatures of up to 900̊ C, available in either Regular or Flange Jaw configurations.

Sensors with either part presence or double blank detection capabilities have been repositioned to protect against damaging heat source.

May be paired with a high temperature tooling system to protect plumbing and electrical wiring from the heat, without the need for any external heat wraps.

Versa Modular Tooling

The Versa round tooling system consists of high strength tubular steel links coupled with aluminum ball-to-ball clamps which together provide low weight fingers with maximum flexibility rated for 250 ft lb (static) and 100 ft lb (dynamic) loads.

All transfer fingers can be designed from 15 to 20 basic components. They are quickly assembled and provide precise final adjustments, resulting in reduced startup time and offer infinite adjustability with a 90 degree angular offset.

If damage occurs in the press, fingers can be quickly repaired by replacing the damaged component without the need of cutting, bending or welding.

Modular components can be reused when a job reaches the end of its production life cycle. Obsolete transfer fingers are disassembled and the components reused on new tooling designs.

Transforming Tooling

Unlike conventional tooling which is configured to work with a single panel, Transforming Tooling is designed as a system capable of reconfiguring itself to handle all panel sizes and shapes the press line is capable of processing. One set of tools is all you will ever need.

The benefits of Transforming Tooling is that one robotic tool covers any panel the press is specified for. Quick tooling changeover using pre-programmed jobs. Remote adjustment of tool arms – pick points. Intelligent crash mitigation and instant tooling recovery. Reduces need of storage space for tooling.

Norgren DBA and Sensors

The Norgren range of Double Blank Analyser sensors are used to prevent damage to dies and presses by detecting multiple blanks during the load sequence allowing early rejection and removal.

The newest Norgren double blank analyser (EDBA) are EtherNet/IP capable, while still maintaining the industry’s fastest response times and most durable system.

Gemco 1980 Micro-Adjust Rotating Cam Limit Switch

GEMCO’s all new Micro-Adjust Rotating Cam Limit Switch is a pilot device used for heavy duty material handling mechanisms, mechanical presses, packaging machines, rotary table locks/dams, bridges, and in many other applications where accurate, repetitive, and sequential operations are required in control circuitry. When motion is expressed in shaft rotation, either through a roller chain, gear train or directly, the GEMCO Rotating Cam Limit Switch makes it possible to open or close independent circuits at any desired angular position.

Gemco 1980R Series Rotating Cam Limit Switch with Resolver

Many press operations are now being fitted with automation equipment that requires limit switch outputs. While most press control outputs remain unchanged from die to die, the automation outputs frequently require adjustment. The 1980R Series Rotating Cam limit Switch with Resolver provides the safety and reliability of mechanical cams for press control circuits. The industrial grade resolver supplies the input to a programmable limit switch that provides the automation for the frequently changed outputs.

Gemco 2000 Series General purpose Rotary Limit Switches

Shock resistant Nema 12 enclosure – highly dependable general purpose rotary limit switches.

Gemco 2000 Series Watertight Rotary Limit Switches

Heavy Duty, Cast Aluminium enclosure Nema 4  and Nema 12 -  Self lubricating bearings, powdered metal impregnated for lifetime lubrication, bronze gears and steel cams for longevity.

Gemco 2006 Series Rotary Limit Switch

Water tight – Oil tight – Dust tight – Nema 4/5 enclosures made of cast aluminum will withstand rapid starting and stopping, shock, vibration, and still successfully control the end of intermediate limits of any device.

1986 Series Resolver Assembly

The Gemco 1986 Series resolvers are the preferred choice for rugged and accurate rotary positioning across various industrial applications.

Linear Positioning Sensors

Linear Position Sensors are essential components in modern factory automation, providing precise and reliable absolute position feedback for advanced industrial machinery. These sensors—also known as Linear Position Transducers or Linear Displacement Transducers—are engineered to optimise performance, ensure accuracy, and simplify integration with host controllers.

In today’s demanding manufacturing environments, equipment must be both robust and adaptable. Our linear position sensors are designed to exceed these expectations.

Rod Style LDTs: 953VMax

Commonly used with hydraulic and pneumatic cylinders, these transducers report precise position data directly to the host controller, enabling efficient and responsive system control.

Designed for direct insertion into the cylinder body, rod-style linear transducers are built to withstand the high-pressure environments typical of hydraulic applications. Their robust construction ensures long-term durability and reliable performance, even in the most demanding operating conditions.

BRIK 955 Series Linear Position Sensors

The 955 Series is easy to install and set up, and features the latest generation of Magnetostrictive position-sensing technology and offers absolute position feedback. A magnet assembly moves over the sensing element that determines the position and converts it to a readable output. The BRIK is a self-contained unit and does not have a can or head assembly. All of the electronics are incorporated in the sensor; which is less than one inch tall. It is available in analogue, digital and quadrature outputs.
