Nut and Thread Detection Operating on the same principle as a radial inductive proximity switch, the Syron Nut Sensors detect the presence of a welded nut and also the quality of its thread.The all stainless steel probe resists weld splatter, and the sensing circuitry will not be damaged by the weld field environment. This allows the sensor to be very close to the welding operation for detection of an incorrect built part early in the assembly process
